This term our Aussie friends Inquiry topic is ‘Our Community’. They went for a walk around their neighbourhood to see what is in their community. They took cameras and took photos of what they discovered. Then they made this voicethread using their photos to share what they saw in their community.
We are going to share with them what our community is like – so that they can learn more about us and where we live. They also want to see where we are the same and different.
Does our community look the same as theirs? Do we have the same things as they do?
During this week and next week Room 3 children will be taking photos of our community and then we will comment on the comparisons.
